Alarms  

The Pulse alarm is waterproof, as a matter of fact to a depth of 20m! Designed with special seals to prevent the ingress of water, the Pulse alarm will handle any rainstorms with ease. The alarm has a single light which is violet when the wheel turns and changes to a red latching light which stays on for 50s. Volume and tone can be adjusted and the speaker produces a loud sound. The Pulse alarm uses 2 1.5V batteries which are supplied with the unit.

The Sonic alarm is also waterproof to 20m, but the main feature is the built in, rechargeable lithium ion battery. The built in Lithium Ion Battery can be recharged with a car charger or a 220V wall mounted charger (the socket will also accept the larger pin Nokia chargers). The chargers are available separately. This should avoid problems of being caught out by flat batteries at the waters edge, provided you take your charger with.
The alarm has two lights, a red latching light which stays on for 70s and another blue light which is only activated when the wheel is turned. The red latching light also acts as a standby light and flashes briefly every 2.5s. This is a useful feature because you can see where your rods are at all times. Both volume and tone can be adjusted as well.
The Sonic alarm has a compact design with molded rubber inserts to cushion the rod.

Alarms are susceptible to damage if not stored properly. The neoprene sock offers a water resistant, padded cover to protect alarms. Fitted with a zip the sock can stretch to fit virtually any alarm. A must have to protect your alarm investment.

Swingers offer great bite detection, particularly for back bites. The MK4 swinger has an adjustable weight to set the tension on the line, as well as an adjustable line tension screw. Available in three colours; red, blue and green

The line meter has a clamp which will fit onto any rod. Simply wrap the line around the wheel and start retrieving the line to measure the distance. Calibrated in meters it can measure up to 999m.

Batteries are kept as a stock item for the various carp alarms.
